Ashwagandharishta, also known as Ashwagandharishtam, is an Ayurvedic classical formulation. It contains Ashwagandha as the main ingredient which shows positive results in managing stress or anxiety due to its anti-stress properties

2. Epilepsy
Ashwgandharishta is helpful in managing convulsions or seizures in epilepsy. Epilepsy termed Apasmara in Ayurveda is a condition in which patients experience seizures consisting of jerky movements of body parts and often loss of consciousness. It involves all the three doshas - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
